Harmony's Veggie Oil Burner
In late 2007, Harmony had our Ford F250 Diesel Pick-Up Truck converted to burn vegetable oil. This conversion was an effort to help the environment and save money at the same time. The Veggie Burner for the most part switches back and forth between Veggie Oil and petroleum diesel on its own depending on engine temperature. Generally though, when you are on the highway, consistently over 40 mph or 1800 rpm on the tachometer it runs on vegetable oil.
Obviously intriguing, we get quite a few questions about our unique vehicle. This site is in response to the many questions we receive about our Vegetable Oil powered Ford truck.
