Customer Satisfaction Survey

In an effort to improve the level of service to our customers, Harmony Home Inspectors keeps a data base of feedback from our customers based on a post inspection surveys sent out to our clients 6 to 9 months after an inspection was completed. Why 6 to 9 months? In that amount of time, you will have had a chance to become more familiar with your new home, and some of it's more charming and possibly latent features. Our clients honest feedback is invaluable to us becoming better inspectors. It also helps you judge who do you want doing your inspection.

Below is a copy of the survey questions sent out to clients, the average representative score for each line, and the overall survey results. An average is generated for each score.
